Community Outreach
Whether it's our annual sports physicals, sports injury screenings, specialized injury treatments, safety training, or on-field game coverage, Frye Regional Medical Center serves our community's student-athletes on an individual basis.
For over two decades, we have partnered with local schools to improve the health and safety of student athletes. As full-time hospital employees, our athletic trainers report daily to their assigned school to serve as a medical resource for school staff and students, provide medical coverage for home athletic practices and events, and help parents navigate the medical system to provide the most efficient treatment plan for student athletes when an injury or illness occurs. These services are supplied at no cost to the schools.
