Hickory, NC FryeCare Women’s Services welcomes two new OB/GYN providers to the FryeCare network:
Jamie Fultz, DO
Julie Farrow, MD
From adolescence, motherhood to menopause, our women’s services team is here to meet our patients needs through all stages of life.
Dr. Fultz practices osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). OMT is for anyone. She treats expecting moms, as well as patients with chronic pain, headaches, Research suggests that OMT can reduce back and pelvic pain during pregnancy and labor, as well as postpartum; it can also be used to address breastfeeding issues. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Farrow joins us from an extensive background in obstetrics and gynecology. She is a member of the North American Menopause Society, an organization that specializes in the promotion and education about women’s health from menopause and beyond. Dr. Farrow is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Both doctors are passionate about serving the world’s people, locally and globally. Combined, Drs. Fultz and Farrow have over ten years’ experience participating on mission trips where they assisted under-privileged communities gain access to basic and advanced health care needs.
