Volunteers
Nothing builds community like volunteering. Frye volunteers form a closely knit group who enjoy helping others. Many of our volunteers have been with us for more than 10 years. Please consider joining the team.
Volunteer Locations
Volunteers are placed in the following areas to comfort and guide patients with questions and concerns:
- Emergency Department
- Front desk
- Frye Regional Imaging Center
- Hospital Gift Shop
- Same Day Surgery
Hours/Shifts
We are very flexible and allow you to work the hours that are most convenient for you. Many of our volunteers work from 8am/9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm.
Benefits of Volunteering
Volunteers receive a free meal on each day they work, a free flu shot, holiday gift and are honored at an annual volunteer brunch. The intangible benefits of volunteering include staying active and making friends.
